Long time, I'm waiting for this app, it's online now Inshallah! GREAT APP and GREAT HOSPITAL! You can track all your appointments, med. Records and all in just fingertips away. Thank you for being competent hospital that ensures quality of service. I have a splendid experience as a patient and an employee. This hospital have a collection of outstanding workforce, from Housekeeping to nurses to doctors and all the staff and from down to up management. Looking forward for more improvements.

Worst App. It crashes many times. Doesn't support downloading of medical reports and sick leaves. The app orientation (GUI) need an overall revamp.

The app is very buggy. It won't let me sign up for an account as thr forgot password and create an account writing is overlapping, at least for android. Trying to enter as a guest was also unsuccessful as it it is just hung on loading.

When I want to create account, I have to call the hospital to activate my account first than the hospital will generate new medical file number, unfortunately it is not good, should be like other hospital which I can create account, and it will generate my medical file number automatically

While the app functionality is fine, it's not at the level that reflects all the hospital services like insurance information, sick leaves request & integration with Na fees as tge patient information like to name for instance is not accurate. I'm sure further development & enchantment might be coming, and it rather is soon. In general the app is not near the level of other providers.
