This app works really well for service requests to the city. I can see requests submitted in the area and on the map and submit my own. Each request is just a few clicks, and I'm done! Can report potholes in q matter of seconds. Also, the first time I opened the app, I saw a notification that there were $10 adoptions going on, cool!

Currently, when you submit a request and get past the location map, the app just goes blank and does not proceed any further.

App has been broken for months and does not get past the validating location step of all requests. Why does City of Dallas accept this poor quality from app developer? Sep 2025 update: newest version hangs partway through making a request. I can get to enter an address at the map page and then it fails. On subsequent tries, app gives an error that service request type is not available.
