★★★★★ The app does not get updated. Things that have been approved are still saying in process. It's very confusing and continuously phoning the help line takes hours sometimes.

★★☆☆☆ Claim list is hidden, and I cannot see my reimbursements in progress. Why are you hiding it? Also, the abroad network search is not working. I travelled abroad and could not. Load it or see hospitals. The app is useless. Fix those issues.

★★☆☆☆ I've already paid all the fines 1 year ago, but in the app it still shows that I haven't paid the fines.

★★☆☆☆ Below par customer support, and very less hospital and pharmacy chains that allow this insurance, you have roam around pharmacies holding the prescription, n when u call the customer care they don't take complaints
