The app works fine for me. Directions: Install the app and connect your earbuds to your phone via Bluetooth then open the app. Give permissions according to your needs and then register an account. It needs an email account and then creates a password. The system will then send you a verification code to the email. If there's a glitch, click wait, don't close. The app still works during the glitch. Input the code. You might have to tap the 1st # box for 1-2 seconds to be able to input the code.

The earphones are impossible to bind to get the AI features. Support is terrible even if you speak Chinese. Don’t waste your money!

Unable to register. Can't get email code. Have use different email account with same results. I bought this headset to use for translation, and it can't even be used for that as far as I'm concerned these are useless garbage I got ripped off

This won't set up, won't pair with the earphones and can't establish an account because it never lets you set up a password-just keeps asking for one. Seems like a scam. There must be a better product somewhere!
