PT DANA SYARIAH INDONESIA (DANA SYARIAH), adalah lembaga pembiayaan non-bank berbasis teknologi digital (Fintech Peer to Peer Lending) yang beroperasi secara online dengan skema syariah/islamic principles. Contoh perhitungan: -Nilai Penempatan dana : Rp 100.000.000 -Jangka waktu : 12 bulan -Imbal hasil : 12% perbulan -Skema pembayaran imbal hasil, -Bulan ke-1 s.d 11 mendapatkan pembayaran imbal hasil sebesar 1% : oRp 100.000.000 x 1% = Rp 1.000.000 oSehingga total imbal hasil yang diterima selama 11 bulan adalah : Rp 1.000.000 x 11 bulan = Rp 11.000.000 -Bulan ke-12 mendapatkan pembayaran imbal hasil dan pengembalian dana: (Rp 100.000.000 x 1%) + Rp 100.000.000 = Rp 101.000.000 -Total manfaat imbal hasil yang diperoleh selama 12 bulan adalah Rp 12.000.000 -Catatan : imbal hasil yang diperoleh belum termasuk pajak pemerintah sesuai peraturan yang berlaku ✅ Jaminan berupa aset properti dari pendanaan yang diberikan. ✅ Pendanaan terjangkau, mulai dari Rp 1 juta.

Untuk kebutuhan modal kerja/usaha, Anda dapat mengajukan pembiayaan usaha, baik di sektor properti maupun non-properti, dengan detail:
✅ Nilai pembiayaan: Rp 100 juta - Rp 5 miliar. ✅ Jangka waktu pembiayaan: 3-12 bulan. ✅ Margin pembiayaan: 2%-3% per bulan. My balance can't be withdrawn I tried to withdraw my money in this app, initially they said 30 days waiting since they have queue. Then, after 30 days they didn't give me the clarity on my status or when my money can be withdraw. I've been followed up, but still no news, even CS was no helpful. Even when I said that I will report this to OJK, they challenged me. As I remembered, no announcement or clausal that stated there is certain time on withdraw. I need you to improve the process and your CS.

Very bad experience. I've been using this app for 3 years. However, withdrawals are currently very difficult, customer service is very slow to respond, and there's no transparency. It takes 30 days to disburse funds, and there's no clarity. If you need money quickly, investing here is highly not recommended. Hopefully, my funds will be disbursed soon.

these apps are based on a believing to put the money, but now we have a degradation of believing that we put in! I can't withdraw my money and no explanation from Dana Shariah why this can happen and when my money can come in? Lately They told me to be patient because the process can be max 1 month, but it's 2 month already!! Then What?!!
