Lift the carpet, connect to TV and away I go, choose,5 minutes,9 minutes etc., classes,following an instructor...own time, own pace...2 sessions or 4 sessions etc. according to time and energy...love that there are short classes, and do one after the other by choice in-between sessions, and/or later in the day!choice variety...dance, bollywood, Latin,hip hop, aerobics,ENJOY!

★★☆☆☆ I am very disappointed. These aren't any dances. I paid a trial for 7 days, and after they expired, they automatically withdrew money from my card for 27 days. I'm not happy with the dances and I wouldn't pay for a whole month. I want a refund They charged me again for an app I don't use. I can't unsubscribe because it doesn't appear in the subscription list. I email them but no one answers. This is a complete scam. Don't be fooled into paying for this app
