I really love the Dance Body program and trainers. I discovered them via Instagram and had to get the app for more. There is something for all fitness and dance levels. It's really five starts for the program, and maybe four for the app. There is an On Demand section, but I would give it five stars if the daily live workouts were at least saved for 24 hours in case we can't make it at that time. Otherwise, I'd recommend it for great cardio and turning your brain off and just moving your body.
