Easy and fast set up. Easy to use, but improvements can be done. I never got a confirmation that a taxi will arrive at the booked time, only 8 min. before departure time I received a message that it was on its way.

As an American tourist in Copenhagen who is used to Uber and Lyft, this worked very well, and I noticed that the "app price" is always cheaper than the meter price. Only two negatives: (1) the app will sometimes say that the driver will "be there in X minutes" when they're actually already there, and (2) it only gives you their name and taxi ID to find them and not all drivers have the correct taxi ID visible on their vehicle.

Tried it once, app got correct address from my gps, taxi stopped at wrong place, tried contacting driver multiple times, no response and the app didn't even indicate that the message was sent. I contacted Dan taxi, they were very polite and assured the issue would be dealt with. The funds were not deducted from my credit card, just a reservation was made, which was eventually released.

2 of 4 uses were not successful. In one case my advance booking was cancelled without notification, in another the driver never arrived and flagged me as a no-show. Also, the app does not show the license plate number of the taxi.

Driver deliberately taking the longest route possible, nearly twice as long. Absolutely disgusting that this sort of behavior among taxi drivers is tolerated nowadays.

Why is there no Bolt, Uber, Free now in Denmark? This app is the worst! When you have a monopoly, you can afford to be this bad, otherwise they would be out of business. Time estimate is always wrong and taxis take forever to arrive. App is useless, never saves payment card and won't let me delete old one, no info on what taxi is arriving. Dan taxi is a national embarrassment for Denmark.
