★★★★★ I am currently doing the 8-week workout challenge and the exercises are built for homework outs and I really love it.

★★★★★ I love Darihana and her challenges. Have been joining everyone. Love detailed workouts and community groups

★★★★★ I love the fact that there's a weekly schedule, and you just select the day to open up your workout. I love how she explains how to do each movement in each video, so you can focus on actually hearing it and doing it at the same time.

★★☆☆☆ Hate it. App doesn't work right on my Samsung S22 Ultra. There's a fb group, but there's no link to it and no one responds when you comment in app. The worst workout app I have ever tried. Just a WASTE of my money buying the plan.

★★☆☆☆ Workouts are inconsistent with the description. I liked that there was a video portion to display the workout, but the description did not do it any justice. My progress never saved when I exited the app, I would always have to find where I left off.
