I want to like this app, but it takes a while to load and many times, I have to reapply my meter. Sending me to your email doesn't fix the bugs in your app.

No support whatsoever. If you get a new phone, Dario won't work and there's no one to help you.

This app and its support are absolutely terrible. You call the number — no one answers, just voicemail. You send an email — it takes forever to get a reply, if you get one at all. You message them on Facebook — nothing. No response, no updates, no new posts in months. There hasn’t been an app update in ages. And good luck trying to buy their strips — whether on Amazon or through their own website, they’re constantly unavailable. To make it worse, their device only works with their strips.......

New update is not allowing any of us to login. My wife and I on two separate phones on two separate networks have the same issue. It just keeps telling us, "The login/password does not match with the server. " Tries to send a code to phone number and then, "Something went wrong" and will not let us get past that. If you uninstall and reinstall, then it will finally send you a code, but then it boots you back out and says that the login password does not match with the server again. MAJOR GLITCH!!
