half of the apps that I have installed do not have icons and prominent
icons are not available like timetune,YNAB, out of milk and dark sky
weather. I have had this installed for months and POS apps get updated but
not popular ones as previously mentioned.

I love the look of these apps, and paid for it immediately. Had I known better, I wouldn't have paid for it. Many popular apps like AirBnB don't seem to have an icon. Granted, there is almost NO organization to the apps. If you're going to have 3000+ apps, at least alphabetize your icons. It will literally take HOURS to properly assign icons to all of my apps that don't have a dedicated icon or if I'd prefer a different look. Like apple devices, it looks nice, but it's a pain to use.
