Truly dreadful customer service. Never respond to emails, which is the only option to try and contact them. Have been chasing and waiting months for a significant number of points to be credited - no answer to numerous requests for support.

One of the worst rewards app I have seen on their app they show they give free coffee at Starbucks till 31st but once you go there they say coupons are over. I did not see such cheat by any reputed rewards points.
