Best on market For those of you who are upset this app uses an accelorometer instead of a gyroscope, go see if you can find a phone with said gyroscope! This app is the most thought out on the market and makes the best use of the hardware available. :-)

GREAT APP - just needs the ability to adjust the accelerometer/gyro roll rates depending on its use... When in direct mode the unit works fine... When it lays flat, phone longwise perpendicular to the vehicle path, to reflect as a HUD (The windshield OR a dedicated reflector). When it lies flat on the dash, the "roll" axis is now using a new accelerometer/gyro axis that in "portrait mode" was "pitch". This combo (in every smartphone I'd tried it) rolls now much too fast - a 30 degree bank on the HUD is in reality only a 5-8 degree "right wing down" tilt, vice that indication of 30 degrees. This app either needs to automatically account for a lie-flat-for HUD mode when the axes change, or allow the user to qualitatively adjust the axes for their optimal use (the best fix I think). Is this fix possible? Otherwise, speaking as a retired Naval Aviator, you've done a great job bringing the best HUD be far, to Android users!

Great app .... but one BIG MISTAKE!!! Developer missed a few Physics lessons while learning Android programming. The Horizon line is set by the accelerometer instead of by gyroscope!! I've also tried on air plane and basically the horizon will always be perpendicular to the resultant of Gravity acceleration and any other acceleration applied to the phone (ie. Centripetal at high speed cornering) I hope in an update and then it will be the best app.
