My child school uses this app for school dismissal. The app gps works ok. Low rated app because the app menu options at the bottom are grayed out by default and or run off the screen and cannot be selected for requesting or scheduling early dismissal, as required by school procedures. I have used this app for +4 years now anf this app process used to be easy, but now I have to troubleshoot the app every time I need to schedule dismissal.

App won't sync anymore and never sees me as there either. Kids always show up as "released" buy the school won't release them until I walk up there in person and show them I'm there. The school has sent me links to register, but it just takes me to my app where it shows my kids as "queued" even on a day they don't have school.

App tells me i don't have a child to pick up when im on school property so I have to walk to the office for him but when I get home the app will let me select my childs name and tells me he is called for release. Horrible system needs better IT professionals to work on it. Good idea in theory but sucks in real life!😡 still after weeks of complaining it doesn't work I still have to go to the front office everyday maybe by next year y'all will figure it out!😡😡

For a single parent this would be fine. Two parents with different email accounts have to set up as carpool setting. Seems like they expect only one parent to pick up a child.
