DataWise: Data Usage Manager

DataWise shows where your mobile data goes, predicts how much you'll use this month and next, and helps you manage installed apps to cut background data hogs. Everything stays on your phone.

YOUR MONTH, PREDICTED
✓ Mobile data used this month, in one clear ring
✓ "You'll probably use about 6 GB by Oct 31", based on how you actually use your phone
✓ Next month's forecast, and what it's based on
✓ A day-by-day chart with the likely rest of the month

CATCH THE DATA HOGS
✓ Apps that use lots of mobile data but you hardly ever open
✓ One tap to Android's own switch to stop their background data
✓ Simple tips, like lowering video quality or updating apps on Wi-Fi only

EVERY APP, EVERY MB
✓ Mobile data and Wi-Fi for every installed app this month
✓ Identify and manage data consumption across all apps on your device
✓ How often you open each app
✓ Each app's last 30 days of data history

TRACK YOUR BUNDLE
✓ Enter the bundle you bought and see what's left
✓ "At your pace it runs out around Thursday, before it expires"
✓ Correct it from your network's balance, and get a warning at 20% left
✓ Advice when one monthly bundle would suit you better than many small ones

LIMITS THAT WARN YOU
✓ Set a limit for all your mobile data: per day, week or month, restarting on the day your bundle renews
✓ Get a notification at 80%, 100% and when you go over
✓ Premium: limits for individual apps, and a separate roaming limit

BLOCK APPS ON MOBILE DATA (PREMIUM)
DataWise includes a local firewall that stops chosen apps from using mobile data while letting them work on Wi-Fi. This feature uses Android's VpnService to create a local, on-device loopback tunnel that blocks mobile data access for selected apps only. It does not inspect, decrypt, or redirect your traffic to any external servers.

HOME-SCREEN WIDGETS
See this month's data and your forecast without opening the app. Premium adds a widget with your top data apps.

MONTH BY MONTH
A monthly report on the 1st, month-by-month history, and share your month in one tap.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
DataWise reads data use from Android on your phone and never uploads it. No account, no sign-up.

PREMIUM
One purchase, yours forever: no ads, per-app and roaming limits, blocking apps on mobile data, full history, CSV export, balance check by code and the top-apps widget.

DataWise needs Usage access, which you turn on in Android's settings, to read how much data each app uses.
