When I first signed up, I didn't even know what it was. I got an ad on IG. A wait list, and then I could try for a month. That said, this was my first intro into mental health chats, and I found it useful. The time I had it helped me see things from different perspectives. Unfortunately, I can't afford this, so after my trial was up it had to end. But now I know these things exist and can be useful, so I'll be looking to see if any free ones exist. I recommend if you can afford it.

Emailed customer service on 06/21/2026. On 06/23, I received an email asking me to provide feedback about my customer service experience. The thing is, I never heard back from them. I even checked my spam folder just to make sure, but nothing. I sent a follow-up email on 07/08 & still haven't received a response. No response is a response, I suppose. 🤷🏻♀️

For someone struggling with mental health having a job rn is very difficult. So will not be able to continue using the app. Support was no help. Thanks for the ability to be able to try

Predatory. $240 for a year, not including taxes and not even sure what it actually is or what it does. I wanted to sign out and remove my information, but that wasn't an option, so I just uninstalled the app. Gross. Boo. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Plenty of other apps that don't force you to subscribe to a month or yeat to help you see your mental health... hard pass
