Therapy in your pocket! I love Dawn! Dawn had really helped me be present in my life and helped me work through emotions and struggles. It's like having a therapist in my pocket. I use Dawn in addition to my weekly therapy sessions. It's been a game changer! Worth every penny!

When I first signed up, I didn't even know what it was. I got an ad on IG. A wait list, and then I could try for a month. That said, this was my first intro into mental health chats, and I found it useful. The time I had it helped me see things from different perspectives. Unfortunately, I can't afford this, so after my trial was up it had to end. But now I know these things exist and can be useful, so I'll be looking to see if any free ones exist. I recommend if you can afford it.

Predatory. $240 for a year, not including taxes and not even sure what it actually is or what it does. I wanted to sign out and remove my information, but that wasn't an option, so I just uninstalled the app. Gross. Boo. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

For someone struggling with mental health having a job rn is very difficult. So will not be able to continue using the app. Support was no help. Thanks for the ability to be able to try

Emailed customer service on 06/21/2026. On 06/23, I received an email asking me to provide feedback about my customer service experience. The thing is, I never heard back from them. I even checked my spam folder just to make sure, but nothing. I sent a follow-up email on 07/08 & still haven't received a response. No response is a response, I suppose. 🤷🏻‍♀️
