★★★★★ Day Widget is readable, simple, requests no permissions, and implements an important feature missing from Android: I have about 6 places that show the date but this is the only one I can discern without glasses. So you get top left billing on my first home screen. Well done!

★★★★★ Just what i wanted. Simple easy to use basic widget to see date without having to do anything but look at home screen. Only thing to make it better would be themes and or colors scheme opts but not necessary.

★★☆☆☆ Install and a page comes up saying "this is not the icon" with no clear explanation on how to get it actually working. I am not a 20-, 30-, or 40-something who gets all this by osmosis. Yet i still need an app that actually shows the date AND the DAY OF THE WEEK visibly. Other apps' icons show the day number clearly but the day of week is miniscule. I want my home screen to have the day of the week LARGE. Where the %#&$ is something for those of us without perfect vision, whatever our age???
