DayDoku is a clean, focused sudoku app designed for one quick puzzle a day. Wake up your brain, build a streak, and enjoy the quiet satisfaction of showing up.

■ Why I made this
I'm a developer who loves playing sudoku. I got tired of how aggressive ads were in the apps I used — they kept interrupting the very thing I came to do. So I built the app I wanted to use. DayDoku makes one promise: you will never see an ad while you're solving a puzzle.

■ Ads, kept minimal
• No ads while you're playing — the promise
• No interstitials, no video ads
• A single small banner only on menu screens
• Non-personalized ads to limit tracking

■ A new challenge every day
Every midnight, one Today's Challenge unlocks for every player. Difficulty steps up across the week:
• Mon: Beginner
• Tue: Easy
• Wed: Medium
• Thu: Hard
• Fri: Expert
• Sat & Sun: Master

■ Streak rewards
Finish the daily challenge day after day to earn more allowed mistakes and hints per game. Rewards stack at 3 / 7 / 14 / 30 / 60 / 100 days. Miss a day and the streak resets.

■ Free Mode in six difficulties
Play whenever you want — Beginner, Easy, Medium, Hard, Expert, Master.

■ Game features
• Notes (pencil marks) for candidate numbers
• Hints fill in one correct cell
• Undo / Redo
• Pause, auto-save, and resume any time
• Daily and Free Mode in separate save slots

■ Light and fast
• Fully offline
• Minimal design with dark-mode support
• Korean and English

Recent changes:
• No more sudden game-overs from mistakes
- Free Mode: even after using all your allowed mistakes, tap "Keep playing" to finish the puzzle. (This run isn't recorded.)
- Today's Challenge: mistakes beyond your allowance now add a +10s time penalty instead of ending the game — so you can always finish.
