It is Very helpful helps keep appointments organized and sends out text reminders witch is cool. Only issue it is a little difficult for clients to figure out booking on their end. And were still figuring out all the different features but so far so good

Not really worth the $$, we went to link our Facebook and other stuff for booking, didn't work. Not worth the hassle for the $$ amount. Changing to Day Smart was not the best course of action IMO. Definitely preferred Ink Books!

I had this for a few weeks .wasn't too bad, but I wouldn't pay for it and having the sales rep call every day was annoying make a free limited app and a paid pro one. And quit calling everyone

App was great until the changed it to this Day smart Body Art. Now it looks bad and runs bad. It was geared to tattoo shops now it's a copy and paste of those hair salon app. Will be cancelling my sub

Was a 5-star app until the recent update now it won't access the database, so I can see my schedule. What good is a scheduling app if I can't use it to schedule appointments or see my scheduled appointments
