Only use this shuttle 3 times so far when there's no option for train and I had a bad experience for my 2/3 orders. Bad customer service with messy and inconsistent schedules. Also, kinda manipulative with their ticket prices, I saw 30% increase on the price in just few hours. They really need to train their staff to treat customers better

The departure time is not correct, sometimes it departs early, sometimes it departs late until my ticket to go is lost

The app is basically RUBBISH! I just updated the app and can't even let me select the origin, let alone the destination.
