★★★★★ While DB does have some issues of course, I really like the app. Especially after the redesign, it's just so comfortable to use, and all necessary information are quickly available. Very helpful, thank you!

★★★★★ Tickets are cheaper and can buy local day passes with them. Even buses tickes. Great for planning trips.

★★★★★ The app generally works. It lags at times, and it is unresponsive at others. But it usually works, and it does what one expects such an app should do. It could be better (buggy UI, lack of personalization options, no train station maps) but it is much, much better than what it was 1 year ago when the new app was launched.

★★☆☆☆ It's kind of a joke. When choosing your age, why do you need to scroll month by month starting from today? I just need a ticket to the airport, why do I need to show my age, I'm not buying a children's ticket. Also, why is it so difficult to have map information readily available or show the date and time when confirming tickets? Considering how important train travel is to the area, the app sure hasn't gotten any love.

★★☆☆☆ I bought the Deutschland ticket to use it during my 5-day visit to Germany thinking I would save the hassle and money but no, it even says on the rules of cancellation between the 10th until the end of each month I can cancel my subscription for the Deutschland ticket, and I cancelled mine 7 days before the end of the month, but I still got charged for the next month, it even doesn't make sense to pay for a subscription when I'm not going to use it, is Deutsche Bahn scamming tourists now?
