Doesn't track your pet properly. I took my dog out for a run and the tracker said she went further than what we went by a mile and the opposite direction. Also says that the dog is out of the safe zone when she is in a dog run set up inside the safe zone. Just doesn't properly track your pet.

Originally a great program. Not anymore. Since the mandated update in January, it has been horrible. It takes anywhere from 5 mins to 30 mins. Sometimes hours... to update location. I've emailed "customer service" for months asking to remove the update. No response. So disappointed. Right now I'm out in a storm looking for our dog and the last update was over 20 mins ago. No, thanks.
