I loved the wallet. The reason I gave it 1 star is that my wallet won't connect, and I need to move some crypto. I activated the same wallet account on new hardware wallet with latest update on a new phone. Connected wallet to not find STELLAR TRUSTIES were not there. All of my assets are unavailable to me at a time when they are needed. Please update to re-add stellar trust line tokens. It's kind of scary for me right now though 😳 will be 5 stars when fixed

I never had a problem until today. My dcent wallet wouldn't load. It would just stop at verifying address. Sat there for about 45 minutes trying to get it load. I then tried to update the app with no luck. After that I tried rebooting the device. It started loading but once it came to my polka dot it got stuck. So I tried 2 or 3 more times, and it kept getting stuck. Finally I had to totally reset my wallet. It would not reload my DOT so im still missing 200 polka dot. What do I do?

Worried the Bluetooth don't connect and on the app it keeps saying syncing and gets stuck in can't go back or do anything else I can't even transfer anything ive done everything that involves troubleshooting but still have this issue

I am unable to open this app on my phone so my crypto tokens on this cold wallet are not accessible. The USB and Bluetooth do not seem to work to connect to my device. I would love to have a desktop option to connect to if that is possible.
