Works pretty well, not many times has it crashed or had anything that prevented use of the app in the years of using it. I wish you could fill out the report for the client when you're clocked in and add to it as the day goes on. Having to wait til you press the clock out and confirm it, it asked for you to fill out the report but the time you actually clock out is when you're done filling out the report and not when you confirmed clocked out, doing it this way makes Inconsistent time clock outs.

Look, the fact is allowing notes to be taken throughout a shift while on the clock is going to mean better note-taking overall. And, it's going to ethically comply with the fact that this also is a part of the job. I don't believe forcing us to make notes off the clock was unintentional (or else hours aren't submitted, and you get no pay). Is money really that tight you have to pinch 2-3 minutes a shift? Otherwise, the app works fine.

This app crashes almost every single time I try to use it. I clocked into my shift, and anytime I try to clock out, the app crashes. I've tried a dozen times. Please fix this issue ASAP or else this app is worse than useless to me. What's worse, whenever I try to contact DCI, they can't help me directly, and they give me some other phone number that gives me a "busy" signal when I try to call it. Please fix your software, so we can serve our clients without having to deal with endless hassles!

Has issues with manual clock outs. Rejects them almost always. Also, what's the point in having the app when we have to go online to access our messages? I mean it would be easier if we could access our messages straight from the app when we clock in. It's a hassle to use both just to see messages and check pay stub information. Also even though I ALLOWED ALL permissions, I still get no clock out reminders. Yes even after uninstall and reinstall.

App no longer works properly on Pixel phones. It crashes every time you try to clock out.

Please fix your app. I go to clock off. The app says I clocked off at 3 pm. I open it the next day, and it will say I didn't clock off even though I did I have a screenshot to prove I did. Now my shift is not EVV compliant because your app messed up. If enough of my shifts aren't EVV compliant I get fired. Your horrible app could cost people their jobs.
