Relatively few ads...smooth browsing. Property Guru is sophisticated and doesn't use a ten lb. Sledgehammer to entice you to look at their advertisements. Quite honestly, I don't recall even seeing. An ad. This is the second time I've used software from DD Property. DD is the most professional residential property showcase in Thailand in my opinion. Clean pages with very little graphics load.
Great app for rental property in bangkok and phuket.
A little jumpy sometimes but a very helpful app
Agents put the price of the units very low just so you can contact them, And after they say that place is already rented.
Locations are totally wrong! When you press any listing, location on the map and location written are different. When I make a search in Ko SAMU, map on the listing shows Surat Thani and explanation says it's in Ko Pha-ngan.
I've contacted around 15–20 agents having seen rooms available in the app. Each time the agent says 'oh that room has just been rented'. So it's very clear that agents don't remove rooms once rented and are using them to just get your contact details and spam you with rooms you don't want. And DD Property is letting them.
