★★☆☆☆ This is poor UI design. Not everything needs to be exactly the same as your website. And even then, the mobile website looks better and navigates more intuitively. Please hire a competent design/dev team. The technologies used seem outdated/poorly implemented.

★★☆☆☆ The app doesn't work most of the time. It has happened more than once that I stand outside my building with 2 or 3 neighbors going "ok, you try again", "now let me try again". I cannot believe I have to use this app to get into my home. I wish I could give negative stars.

★★☆☆☆ Non-functioning app, worthless. DeKey step up your game and at least fix your app
