Overall a good app with a big drawback on scan quality. Now my workflow is to use OSS Document Scanner for scanning, exporting the file, and then I upload it with paperless. So it is not a really great UX as scanning documents is more or less the most important feature of such an app. I hope it improves in future updates.

Uploading doesn't work. Clicking the upload-button after setting tags, doc. Type, etc. just results in a circle within the upload button and nothing happening. Also, the Buttons in this view are very unresponsive. The remove buttons are not working as well. I really like this app and would be grateful, if this was fixed soon. [Hardware: OnePlus 8t with custom Pixel Experience ROM; Instance: Paperless running on Docker-Compose behind NGINX reverse proxy]

The UI could use some improvement but the thing that makes it unusable is the speed. When scanning a document. It takes forever between pictures, and after uploading the first document I have to restart the app to scan another, otherwise it gets stuck "fetching user information", whatever that's supposed to mean.

Awful. Repeatedly stuck on "Restoring Session". I've uninstalled this nonsense. Also removed paperless server too as document ownership was lost.

I want to like this app, but I have nothing but problems with it - primarily when uploading documents. Crashes, freezes, broken buttons.
