Generally really nice. I wish the interface was a little more intuitive, and some things should really work offline as you don't always have internet inside cinemas for opening your QR codes.

Unfortunately, it is not very intuitive which 'cinema' you have to go to if you are not familiar with the city and the movie theaters. There is no address given and no warning if the show is actually in another 'cinema' than Cineplex. Please improve this, this costs lots of time and money for customers.

This app used to be very functional; it remembered my login, I could book tickets with it, and pay for the tickets with a saved credit card. Nowadays, it mostly remembers my login, let me book a ticket about half of the times (the other times it lands me on a page about payments) and it NEVER remembers my credit card. So tedious! If, at least, I could pay with Google Pay as an option, that would save me from going card hunting every time I want to buy a cinema ticket
