In my Opinion, by far the best Fitness App out there. Only thing I'd change: Language. You can either have english or german. Why not Both? Why can't I choose what training in what language? I want my meditation in german. Since they're not with a video. But I want alll english speaking trainers, to speak english. Sadly there is a synchronization once you change to german. Nothing is worse than synchronization. 😓 Please let us choose directly in the program, not in my overall profile. 🙏🙏

I love the concept of Gymondo but the app is really clunky. 1. After doing a workout the audio of the video starts playing again and continues even if I completely close the app. I have to restart my phone. 2. It won't run without data on my phone - I downloaded my workouts on Wi-Fi got to the gym and the app won't work & deleted all my downloaded videos. 3. It logs me out randomly 4. It lets you play your own music vis spotify but also plays music from the videos at the same time.

The application is great and the training programs too. But I have not been able to log in into the app since several days. I emailed them a few days back and got no response so far.

I always thought Gymondo was good, and the workouts are really good until I had to deal with the customer service. It's the worst customer service ever. Email is the only way to contact them, and I did that several times over a period of 20 days. I didn't get any reply. My Gymondo app says I have a 24-month subscription, I don't use it anymore but when I go to my Google account and subscription, it says my subscription was cancelled, and I am not a member. I just want my money back. So frustrating!
