★★★★★ ezgi ozcan · May 10, 2026

O love this app, it actually gets me some free shopping opportunities and I make sure to use it in all my purchases. Dm, edema, aral, especially my geschänkgutscheine

★★★★★ Nouha GUESSOUS · Jun 7, 2026

Cool app reliable, easy to use, ergonomic, many partners....and much more

★★★★★ Francis Akam · Aug 28, 2026

For the first time, i am using my point to offset the cost of things I bought. It was a very great experience that gladdens my heart. I made a decision today to always check on Net to first whenever I want to buy things.

★★★★★ Kuraisha Wahid · Sep 5, 2026

I find this app very useful as you can collect points and at a glance look at the points you have collected

★☆☆☆☆ Oleg Lialikov · Jun 21, 2026

I was logged out and when logging in it said that password is invalid, and it locked account for 24h. I did password reset, but still after 24h I'm not able to log in with the same error message. And it is not possible to write to support about this issue because contact form requires login. Just terrible authentication process and support.

★★☆☆☆ Slavko Tretiak · Jul 9, 2026

All sounds good, till you actually try to get a promised voucher. It stays that activation would take only 15 minutes, and one day later still the voucher isn't delivered. The support also keeps silent. After that it starts to crash every time after 20 seconds you open it.

★☆☆☆☆ Tiuri Elvander · Jul 17, 2026

Update, without any warning, now with invasive AI. Payback has lost the plot, no one wants more apps with more data-hungry AI. Truly horrible app riddled with ads, including video ads without the possibility to disable them. Navigation is a mess, and it references Apple-exclusive features on an Android phone. Now with a nagging splash screen ad. If I could give negative stars I would. The pop-under over the points overview, which cannot be dismissed is indefensible!

★☆☆☆☆ Pooja L · Jun 23, 2026

Worst app and company. I wish I could give negative rating. They cannot protect customer points, I wonder how they will protect personal information. My points were stolen and without taking any responsibility for the poor app, they conveniently blamed. If all banks start behaving like Payback, robbers will be kings!
