Die Migräne-App bietet Informationen rund um Migräne und andere Kopfschmerzformen sowie Möglichkeiten zur persönlichen Dokumentation eigener Beobachtungen im Alltag. Die Anwendung wurde in Zusammenarbeit mit Experten der Schmerzklinik Kiel, dem bundesweiten Kopfschmerzbehandlungsnetz und der Techniker Krankenkasse entwickelt.
Die App unterstützt Nutzerinnen und Nutzer dabei, ihre Kopfschmerzbeschwerden sowie mögliche Einflussfaktoren im Alltag übersichtlich festzuhalten. Eigene Aufzeichnungen zu Beschwerden, Lebensstil, Schlaf, Ernährung, Bewegung oder Stress können strukturiert dokumentiert werden. Dies kann helfen, persönliche Muster besser zu erkennen und Beobachtungen für Gespräche mit behandelnden Ärztinnen und Ärzten vorzubereiten.
Darüber hinaus stellt die App verständliche Informationen zu Migräne und Kopfschmerzen bereit. Inhalte zu Lebensstil, Entspannung, Stressbewältigung, Bewegung und allgemeinen Gesundheitsthemen können dabei unterstützen, sich mit der eigenen Situation auseinanderzusetzen und Wissen über Kopfschmerzen zu vertiefen.
Eine integrierte Mediathek bietet aktuelle Informationen und Beiträge rund um Migräne und Kopfschmerzen. Über ergänzende Angebote können sich Betroffene zudem mit anderen Betroffenen austauschen und über Angebote des Kopfschmerzbehandlungsnetzes informieren.

It fulfills it functionality, and you can do multiple entries. Visuals are pretty too. Tho for someone who has gone through everything and tried everything already the tips and tricks are just extras taking away space. It'd be cool, if I could collapse them, so that they don't spring into my eye immediately.

Navigation could be a bit better. However, it's refreshing to have an app that allows you to export all the data you have entered and that does not store your data on their servers. Best in class.

Seems like a promising app. It's simple and direct and seems to show immediate statistic data. I would love to have it in other languages, but it's a good excuse to train my german.
