This app never seems to work right. Constantly requires double verification security every time I log on, whether it's on my phone or on my computer. Which is a pain because sometimes when I log on my computer I don't have my cell phone on me. And it needs updates a lot which take time. And it tries to sell more features to me every time I log on. When I call from assistance, nobody can ever help me. I have to leave a message for someone to call me back at their convenience.

The most recent update will not allow me to decode a vin. I have to manually add it with no vin, and it will not pull the history report either. Fix your mess!!!!

I have no idea where they get those soft engineers/programmers if I can call them engineers! Do you guys even test your releases before you publish them? The last update missed up the leads lists. If you try to resort them from newer to older, the app will just keep crashing. Even the font/color is unreadable.
