This app is the worst, it used to work for a couple of months, and then it just stopped then it kicked me out, so I tried changing the password, and it still didn't work I tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling the app, and it still didn't work

Very misleading. They told me that this program would not affect my credit.... It absolutely does. They said this was going to save me money I am nearly complete of the 3-year process and I ended up paying $4,000 more than what I had originally owed in the first place. I came in with a $12,000 debt they said they could settle it for $6,000, and then they would take a $2,000 fee, so it would be $8,000. I am currently sitting at 16,000 total that I have paid. My credit score tanked.

Downloaded the app is asking for registered email they should explain that we need to be registered in a program before in order for us to enter the app.
