★★★★★ I have been buying from decathlon from the day the store way inaugurated in Delhi. Have bought more than 100 products till now including shoes, clothes, jackets, bags, masks, googles, sports equipments, exercise equipments, etc. Can't remember having complaints on any of those products. Have been buying through this app for years now as well. It is easy to use, intuitive and helpful. They offer great quality products with great services. Totally recommend buying from here.

★★☆☆☆ I'm not able to place order from the app, when I'm clicking on cart it shows" something went wrong please try again after sometime" every time.

★★☆☆☆ I ordered shoes and order was placed successfully, but I was informed by branch that due to technical glitch order needs to cancel as online inventory and physical stock not matching. Again I called center and asked them to replace that order with any outlet wherever the stock is available and after 5 days when I went for pickup they again gave me the same reason. Pathetic service poor inventory management. Now due decathlon error I'm waiting for refund to be processed. Very disappointed
