All your expenses directly digitally available. Capture your receipt, add the relevant information and immediately submit your expense reports so that you can throw away your receipts. Expenses are bundled into expense reports which can be submitted at any point. Hereby employees have real-time insight into the status of the expense report.

The tax retention term is 7 years. However, we store expenses for 10 years. Our infrastructure is implemented in such a way that there is no single point of failure. Moreover, every 4 hours an automatic back-up copy is set aside in a separate data center.

Awful app. Constantly loses expenses even when it says they're saved. Claims you can throw away your receipts and that they have methods to prevent data loss. Both are erroneous statements. I submitted five expenses today and I only have one left in the app. The other four...gone. So I'm out of pocket >€50. I like to do my expenses as I get them then throw away the receipts. No more. I've used lots of expense apps and this one is by far the worst. Absolute garbage.

The app works pretty good with some bugs here and there, but my problem is with the fact that is not converting correctly the value. I just notice this now but I am using the app for a long time. For example I had a gas bill of 94.9 CAD, and it said that it has the value of 65 euros. But when I look on Google it actually is 70 euros. So I am losing 5 euros in this case because the app doesn't convert the value correctly. From my card it was also taken 70 euros. My reimbursement is only 65. Fix it!

There are quite a lot of user interface issues. 1) The app should remember the last country and last currency that I created an expense record for. Selecting those values from a list over and over again is VERY time-consuming. 2) I can't enter a VAT value. When clicking the vat value field I get a dialog showing 2 options. None and Multiple. None does nothing and leaves the value at 0. Multiple opens a new screen with a title "MultipleVatList" but no contents. Just a blank screen. If there's a valid reason that I can't enter these values then there should be a clear explanation. 3) Localization of decimals doesn't apply. 4) Frequently I can't save an expense due to an error re. VAT. Sometimes it works after a retry, sometimes it doesn't. Almost makes me think it's a server error that's reporting the wrong message in the app. The mobile app has the potential to make Declaree really useful for on the road, but its execution is rather poor. I'm sorry to be so negative, but I believe it's best to report this kind of experiences and not soften the message.
