After having multiple alarms and being monitored by so many companys. We finally said enough and goodbye to are home alarm system and the monthly fee, we have had deep sentinel for almost a year now, I own 4 systems with deep sentinel, and I can finally say that my family and I feel safe, because we are safe with deep sentinel around the entire perimeter of our home, no more worrying about arming or disarming alarms and false alarms!! This is real security done right!!

The Deep Sentinel app is intuitive and easy-to-use, the security camera system works extremely well, and customer service has been exceptional. I installed Deep Sentinel cameras that are hardwired for power in February 2020. The day after being installed a DS guard stopped a salesperson from entering my house through the front door which was unlocked. The Deep Sentinel security camera system providing surveillance monitoring by Central Station guards as the most sophisticated system available, and it's affordable. I am very knowledgeable about security systems. I designed the security for the entire floor of my father's diamond business including bullet resistant walls and doors, CCTV, and two alarm systems with line security, and other features. I am a former FFL license holder and was Commanding Officer Communications Bureau, Auxiliary Police Section, Nassau County Police Department for 12 years.

Had system for over a year, it falls short in many ways. As of late the staff and service has gotten bad, the cams go offline, faulty speakers. App is slow to load. Had packages stolen from right under cams watch due to system lags at no fault of Wi-Fi speeds. Replacement cams were easy to get, but functioned worse than cams that needed to be replaced. Simply not worth the price tag until serious updates are made. Ai is just a generic trigger voice line on motion detect and no more. I cancelled.

Not impressed. App keeps crashing. Camera showing connected, but no visual. Not impressed at all.

The app is having some serious issues. For some reason, the live feed on my cameras is freezing, and I can't hear the audio.
