This is a great and really helpful app for expats and tourists. It works with Thai QR Payment smoothly. BUT. The biggest problem of it is topping up the e-wallet. Please add an option to top up it with a card (Visa and others) or a Wise transfer. This is ridiculous: in order to not use cash (and pay with QR) I need to... use cash (to top up my e-wallet). This must be fixed

Useful app for managing finances for any foreigner living in Thailand. It offers a virtual and physical Visa debit card without requiring a Thai bank account. A possibility of topping up cards through crypto is indeed amazing and resolves a lot of issues

After KYC, Deep Pocket called quickly and requested extra documents via an SMS link. Once approved, I topped up by credit card and could pay both local and personal Thai QR codes without hassle. Yes, the 4.5% card fee is high, but for foreigners with the right visa/documents, it works better than the alternatives I've tried. Also, you can’t top up before approval, so funds can’t get trapped during KYC. Support was proactive and the whole process was smoother than expected.

DO NOT USE this fraudulent, scam app. They will close your account with no notice, and steal your funds. Their license with BOT is long expired. You can check this yourself on the app login at the bottom. They prey on foreigners that they believe have no recourse, or are unwilling to make complaints. You can file any complaints with Bank of Thailand. Have them shut down for good.

Such a high top-up fee, it ends up making drawing from atm way cheaper, if you top up with a card the fee is even higher and limited to 10k baht forcing you to top-up again very soon or multiple times. I had hopes for this app, but it appears again that paying with QR for non-thai won't be happening soon or at least not as easily as it should be.

Don't bother. I tried it, says 'doesn't work on modified device' - is a Razr 60 Ultra - they cannot run on dual screen phones. Tried saying was my phone - is just poorly built. Even when messaging support, clicking Facebook Messenger took forever. Do yourself a favor, get True money, not Deep pocket

Absolutely laggy garbage. Payments often fail with random errors. They now charge 400 THB/month for this broken app. They can freeze your funds without reason, and support only replies with copy-paste "we have escalated to the technical team." Funds stay locked for weeks, sometimes forever. Chargebacks often disappear. Double or triple charges happen and are never refunded. Feels like T2P just steals your money. Avoid at all costs.
