This is a great and really helpful app for expats and tourists. It works with Thai QR Payment smoothly. BUT. The biggest problem of it is topping up the e-wallet. Please add an option to top up it with a card (Visa and others) or a Wise transfer. This is ridiculous: in order to not use cash (and pay with QR) I need to... use cash (to top up my e-wallet). This must be fixed

Useful app for managing finances for any foreigner living in Thailand. It offers a virtual and physical Visa debit card without requiring a Thai bank account. A possibility of topping up cards through crypto is indeed amazing and resolves a lot of issues

The verification process fails repeatedly. I have a new Swiss biometric passport, which I've successfully used with other apps, but Deep Pocket doesn't recognize it. When the process fails, there’s no support available—no email, phone, or chat option for assistance. This lack of help feels unprofessional and raises concerns about the app’s reliability and potential scammer behavior. Very disappointing!
