Description

Die App verfügt über ein Deeskalationstraining, welches den Anwender auf die Sachkundeprüfung der IHK, nach der Verordnung § 34a GewO und auf den beruflichen Alltag eines Sicherheitsmitarbeiters vorbereitet. Dem Zuschauer werden Softskills, wie die Sensibilisierung für Distanzzonen vermittelt, aber auch taktische Vorgehensweisen und Eigensicherungsgrundsätze, die aus dem Polizeieinsatztraining stammen und bei jedem Einsatz als Gedächtnisstütze (Eselsbrücke) herbeigeführt werden müssen, um sich und seine Arbeitskollegen nicht zu gefährden.

Hier öffnen sich Erklärfilme die Sie, anhand von Grafiken und Computeranimationen im Thema Bewältigen von lebensnahen Konfliktsituationen, schulen. Während ein Synchronsprecher die Erklärfilme mit seiner Stimme begleitet.

Dazu gehört die L-Stellung, die V-Stellung, die Trapezformation, das KLAUSUR-Schema, die Distanzzonen, das Aktive Zuhören, die Gesprächsführung und die Methode Schallplatte mit Sprung.
