I've been using DO for several years now. It's the only app that does what I want it to do...sync flawlessly with MS Outlook and my Android phone. I love that calendar, tasks, notes, and contacts are all in one place. It would be nice if it also had email as part of the app.

(This=repost; orig was truncated.) Happy w/ app for yrs, but recent upgrade to include HTML causes me issues. Already restored 1x from bkup. So far, I've noticed that, when a MEMO (old or newly created) is saved, the "less than" char is deleted from the text—and worse—sometimes the entire memo following the "disappeared" less-than char is also deleted (as in my orig post)! Hence, the restore. Now I copy the entire memo to Clipboard before I save, just in case! ANY WAY TO DISABLE HTML COMPLETELY?

Very poor user experience in multiple ways, especially when editing a memo or contact. Screen jumps around, relocating view merely when adding a sentence. Icons used are not intuitive, searches for pattern match is very limited, pinch to zoom is not supported rightly in android. Neither Windows nor Android settings management is clear or intuitive. Seems like app was developed by teenage coders without system engineers for guidance on the user experience / workflow.

I have been using this app for a number of years and most of the time it has been faultless. However, late last year I encountered a problem and one of the people on support suggested I pay over £100 for a better support service. I declined. Tonight I have synced my pc with my phone and while the tasks, contacts and notes were fine, the calendar has major issues with events duplicated, spread over numerous dates and others not even copied across. Emails to them simply bounced back.
