You cannot even raise a Ticket if you're facing any issues. There is no option to select the problem you're facing. Hopeless Interface.

Very poor! First of all every week there will be speed issue for at least for 2 days. Then customer service is horrible. I live in a society and these guys have some tie up, they don't let another service provider in. DO NOT TAKE THERE CONNECTION.
