Delivery Direct is one of the best courier and parcel delivery apps l've used. The app is simple, easy to navigate, and the booking process takes only a few minutes. I had to send some paperwork for a job application. The application process was already stressful, so I didn't want to deal with courier problems as well. The pickup happened on the scheduled day, and tracking updates appeared soon afterward. I checked the tracking regularly until the delivery was completed. The documents arrived safely and before the deadline. That was exactly what I needed. Overall, it was a positive experience, and the shipping process felt reliable throughout

Worst Courier App. The driver took the parcel at a far place and did not answer the call and even no customer support is available for urgent delivery. Don't book any local parcel through any method like bike or auto.

One of the worst companys in the world I have ever come across. You cannot contact anyone in this company. Can't contact customer care, can't contact the delivery agent, nor anyone will call you to give any update. Whenever I track my delivery status it will say out for delivery today, but it will not be delivered. The driver won't pick the call, neither call back. However, they will update the tracking saying they can't reach me. Read this review and be aware before using this company.

Such the worst courier service I have never seen in before no contact, no messages and I still did not receive my order even after 5 days of the date they told the order will reach me ..... I don't even want to give 1 star to this app.
