😡 DELIVERY – 0-STAR RATING ⭐ Very bad experience with Delivery! 👎 My order was supposed to be delivered on the 14th, but even after waiting for 7 days, I didn’t receive it. On the 21st, I had to go to the office myself to collect my order. The size was too small, so I requested a return. When I called the delivery boy, he was making strange noises and seemed to be making fun of me instead of speaking professionally. 'Delivery' is seriously becoming unprofessional and frustrating. Can't even deliver a small parcel on time! After going public and growing so much, it feels like they’ve completely lost control of basic operations. Bigger company, worse execution. With this approach, delisting won't be a suprise in the near future. Management needs to wake up and fix the basics - delivery, accountability and customer service. * Create ticket feature is useless. Auto-reply doesn't solve the real problems.
