Pathetic experience. My 8.5K order was to be delivered from Mumbai to Thane city. 29 Kms. In their app, while booking, there was an option of pick and delivery dates. It was shown the same date. I booked it. Its 5 days over and still, I haven't received the delivery. They have now extended the date to 5 more days. I am worried, my parcel shouldn't be misplaced or broken by them. I advise others to think twice before using this service

Worst experience with Delivery Courier Services! My package arrived in Pune on 3rd September 2026, and today is 8th September, but it still has not been delivered. I have been continuously following up with Delivery regarding the delay, but unfortunately, I have received no proper response or resolution from their side. This kind of service is extremely disappointing and shows a complete lack of customers support and responsibility. I would strongly suggest avoiding Delivery Courier Services.
