I requested delivery at a specific time and placed my order well in advance. Despite confirming, it beforehand, they kept calling to reconfirm while I was at work and even called again during the scheduled delivery time. I was then told to wait 25 minutes, followed by another 15 minutes because the driver was still queuing. My lunch break was over, so I cancelled the order. Poor planning, unnecessary confirmation calls, and failure to deliver on time. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

Good app and good servicing but the delivery prices are outrageous. Over Rs300 from Grand baie to Triplet. And Rs300 delivery fee from restaurants situated between Triplet and Trou aux Biches to deliver within Triplet??? I have friends living further from Grand baie and Triplet who pay only around Rs175 to Rs250 delivery fee. Where's the fairness?? Fix the price range.

This app isn’t working properly. I’ve been trying to pin the address, but it simply won't work or pin an approximate address. My geo localization is properly set. I’m currently near Vacaville, yet only 1 restaurant being suggested in Grand Baie and I cannot order. Lol. It’s a waste of time.
