Literally the worst most useless roundabout way of doing a member app. Even using the website on a browser is a joke. I can't wait to not have this insurance anymore

A kindergartner could design a more useful and better app than this. At first, it kept coming up with "technical error" even though my user ID and pwd were correct. So I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and all I get now is a green page with the Delta triangle. Nothing else. No sign in. No menu button. Worthless! The website isn't much better. Do better, Delta.

I live in a metro area of approximately 634,000 people and the search results say there are exactly ZERO providers that accept Delta Dental. Zero for kids, zero for adults. Either this app sucks or the insurance does. I'm guessing it's both. TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!
