Great app. However, I would like to see an option where admin/user can set a prefix dialing code number automatically

Updated fr SIP v3.2.1 Update my client today, and now when my phone rings, it sounds more like a high pitch fire alarm going off. I have looked in the phone/app settings, but there is no place to modify which ringtone it uses. It was fine with the older client. Please fix it, every time my phone rings, half of our office thinks there is a fire!!

For some reason, the app does not give me an option to answer an incoming call when my android smartphone is locked. This is very annoying as the person on the other line just hangs up as I scramble over the app trying to find the answer button. The ios version of this app is better. The business will tend to lose potential clients if the android issue is not fixed.
