Turn on your mobile data, not Wi-Fi, download the app, skip log in, first the app will give you the option to pair your phone with your watch, don't do it, skip that. Then the app will ask to find your phone and to turn your Bluetooth. Do that, it will find it immediately. After the watch was found pair it with your phone and the app will appear. I tried vise versa and it didn't work, this way worked great.

I've just got SW-173 and I can't seem to connect your app with my watch. Device is connected on Bluetooth. I've tried all troubleshooting and it's not working. Huawei Mate 10 lite, android 8.0

All of a Bluetooth says it's pared and connected, app says it can't connect. Watch shows no info about Bluetooth. Bluetooth can't be found on the watch. How to connect to phone calls? Support?
