A PLACE FOR EVERY ITEM
• Record each item with its SKU, one or more barcodes, unit, cost and sale price, minimum stock and a photo
• Set up your locations as warehouse → shelf → bin; every location gets its own QR code
• Search by name, SKU or barcode

STOCK IN, STOCK OUT, TRANSFER
• Stock is the sum of the movements you record: stock in, stock out, transfers between shelves and adjustments
• The history is never rewritten; a mistake is fixed with a correcting movement
• Supplier, unit cost and document number on stock in

SCAN BARCODES WITH THE CAMERA
• EAN-13, EAN-8, UPC-E, Code 128, Code 39, ITF-14, Data Matrix and QR
• Rapid in and rapid out: every scan adds to a list, and Done records them all

COUNT STOCK WITH YOUR PHONE
• Count the whole stock or a single shelf, with blind counts
• A variance report: matched, short, over and not counted, with the value of the difference

LOW STOCK AND THE REORDER LIST
• A notification when an item falls below its minimum
• A ready order draft per supplier, sent by message or email

WITH YOUR TEAM, ON YOUR DEVICES, ON THE SHOP FLOOR
• Sign in with a passkey; no password, no email
• Invite your staff with a QR code: one person or the whole team
• Shared tablets: workers pick their name and enter a PIN, and every movement shows who made it
• An account is optional; Depo also works without one

FREE AND DEPO PRO
The free version has no time limit: 50 items and 1 warehouse, with scanning, stock movements, counts, low stock, the reorder list, suppliers and CSV export.

Depo Pro adds:

• Ask Depo: questions about your stock in your own words

Document reading and Ask Depo run on the device and need a supported Android phone.

• Depo Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or annual. The price is shown in Google Play before you buy.
• The annual plan has a 7-day free trial.
• Manage or cancel your subscription in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
• If your subscription ends, your data is not deleted.
