★★☆☆☆ My account can't deposit, nor buy USD with p2p anymore because of not responding to personal details, am not going to put this on the live chat agents because they also don't know what to do apart from talking in circles, a going to put this on the app developer.I like trading with Derive, but maybe it's time I find another broker that doesn't have poor service with its clients after all.

★★☆☆☆ One of the worst brokers I've met in my trading career. They allow you to deposit then after trading if you haven't submitted your proof of address you can't withdraw your money. I submitted my documents more than four times, and they still say it hasn't met their criteria. I won't use such a broker again.

★★☆☆☆ Horrible, it's impossible to withdraw your money they don't offer voice support, it's a complicated broker, I can't even trade Nasdaq... Mxm 0.1 out of 100.
