Since the new update on the app I have so much difficulty logging in it just won't for days. Disappointed and I hope this could be resolved soon. The previous app I never had an issue it was great it was easy to manage or navigate.

Login only via debit card number (cannot choose a username), need a second app to access investments, cannot set alerts for deposits/withdrawals, no auto-deposit for e-transfers, it takes days to get a refund when Discarding makes a mistake, barely any perks even with the most expensive chequing account.

I've been with Discarding when I was 14-18 free Bmo when I was 18-29 with a monthly fee yes, but Bmo has helped me in more ways than Discarding. Bmo has trusted me financially more than Discarding to prove myself to them. Yes I was paying a monthly fee with Bmo, but that also allowed me to use my card like a credit card to prove myself more with a PayPas also that Discarding did not, and Bmo assisted me in ways when they saw who I am also. Discarding ok but not as much or as well as Bmo honestly

The app doesn't work at all!!! I can't log into my account for these past few days. It says: "Logon failed. Invalid username or password"! I even tried the website, and it's still showing error! Please fix this asap!

New UI is terrible and unnecessary. App also gets stuck infinitely loading since the update, forcing me to login on a browser. The app has always been barely functional, and now it's somehow even worse.
