Garbage. Always have glitches and bugs. It shows Chicago map even my city is set somewhere else. I can't cancel the service either because then all my credits I've paid for will be gone. It's a trap

Not for short term freelancers. Only decent if you want to use full 20 or so every month. Stay away, company doesn't work with the best intentions in mind. After being a member of almost a year, and having over 30 rollover credits, a plan of 15/month was advertised to keep the rollover credits without keeping the existing account. Later on, it seems like that desk pass decided we must upgrade to a higher monthly plan in order to use the credits. Definately a breach of trust of an early adaptor.

Unlike wework, where you can stay past 5pm most desk pass locations don't allow that.Also, desk pass locations may have limitations on how much time you can spend on phone calls which is not listed on their desk pass listings. You have to call them ahead of the time to know their policies which is kind of inconvenience.
